Maryland District Visit Program Coordinators

 

Suggested Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Oversee and manage the Maryland District Chapter Visit program.

 

Receive and maintain an annual file of Chapter Visitation Reports.

 

Provide mid-year report to District Director on the status of the Chapter Visit Program and recommendations for improvement.

 

Compile and analyze visitation reports data to determine winner of the annual Visit Award.  Provide the District Director with name of the Chapter that has the most Chapter visits, including the runner up Chapter, by December 15 of each year.

 

Make suggestions and recommendations to the District Director on program improvements or other suggestions to actively encourage chapters to visit other chapters throughout the year.

 

Attend and provide District Membership information to the District Support and operations staff.
