Maryland District Leadership Trainers
Suggested Duties and Responsibilities:
Direct and oversee the District Leadership Training Program as contained in the District Leadership Training Manual.
Keep the District Director apprised of the Leadership Training Program status by providing quarterly briefings at the District Staff Meeting.
Conduct a New Officer Seminar in January of each year to prepare the new chapter officers with at least the minimum tools necessary to be effective GWRRA Chapter Officers.
Coordinate with the Region Leadership Trainers, schedule and conduct a (2-day) GWRRA Horizons Program within the Maryland District during the year each year.
Receive, analyze, coordinate, and transmit all Leadership Training Program Reports required.
Attend Region Staff Meeting and maintains communication with the Region Trainers between meetings.
